Wash a Dog, Help a Rescue - Event Results During August, Canine Creek donated a portion of our proceeds from every paid dog wash to the local pet rescue of our customer's choice: Tehachapi Humane Society, Doberman SOS, Marley's Mutts, Rainbow Rescue, Have-a-Heart or Save Tehachapi's Orphaned Pets (STOP). All you had to do was wash a dog, pay your normal bathing price, and we donated the money.  This event raised $600 for local pet rescues. Thank you to all our customers for participating! LOW-COST Pet Spay/Neuter - Saturday, Sept 18th The Angel Dogs Foundation will be in Tehachapi on Saturday, September 18th, for a low-cost pet spay/neuter clinic in front of Canine Creek. The cost for a pet to be fixed, receive an Avid microchip, and a rabies vaccine is: $90/cats, $110 small dogs (up to 20 lbs), $120 medium dogs (21 to 60 lbs), and $140 large dogs (over 61 lbs).
